About Team:
Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Software Engineering. In this individual contributor role, you will play a key role in delivering high quality problem solving software with responsibilities including enhancing existing web and mobile applications, creating new applications, implementing best practices, mentoring junior developers, adding new test cases, enhancing the CI/CD process for the front-end of mobile and web applications, build back end for front end services for these apps, documenting application flow and design, and more.
What you'll do:
Develop and manage our Gen AI applications built in React and React Native
Mastery of React allows for the creation of responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
React Native skills enable the development of mobile applications for both i OS and Android platforms
Building scalable and efficient server-side applications with your node.js proficiency.
Ability to handle the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Integrating frontend and backend seamlessly, ensuring cohesive functionality.
Optimizing frontend performance using Reacts advanced features like hooks, context API, and lazy loading.
Ability to improve server performance with Node.js through asynchronous programming and efficient handling of I/O operations.
Ensure maintainable code through modular design, proper documentation, and adherence to coding standards.
Setup Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth and automated deployments.
Familiarity with cloud services (Azure) to manage and deploy applications efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
What you'll bring:
Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry experience in building highly available systems.
Strong programming skills in languages such as React, React Native, Next Js, Typescript, Node.js
Guiding team with the best practice of Design patterns needed
Experience in writing effective test cases and test automation
Experience taking ideas to implementation
Deep understanding, and experience of debugging issues in mobile and web applications
Experience with data storage and data retrieval
Experience using Kubernetes ; deployment
Experience with Authorization and authentication frameworks in implementing those into mobile and Web applications

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
