  • You're an experienced, licensed Maryland Real Estate Agent consistently producing $1 million - $6 million (or more) in annual sales volume.
  • You are relentlessly driven, with a clear vision for expanding your business and income.
  • You embrace technology as a tool for leverage and efficiency.
  • You are a natural leader or aspire to build and lead a successful real estate team.
  • You are professional, ethical, and deeply committed to client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively pursue and convert leads, expanding your market share.
  • Provide expert real estate consultation to buyers and sellers.
  • Leverage VYBE Realty’s systems and support to scale your operations.
  • Optionally, develop and lead your own sales team with our support.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland Real Estate License is essential.
  • Significant and demonstrable track record of high performance in residential real estate sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire for substantial income growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of clients and transactions.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract
  • Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($80,000 - $150,000 + potential, commensurate with $1M-$6M+ production) - Non-Salaried
  • Benefits:
