Growth Marketing Manager

Vidyard is a leading video platform that empowers sales reps with personalized video outreach solutions, including AI Avatars, to enhance engagement and accelerate deal velocity. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead SEO, conversion rate optimization, and AI-powered personalization efforts to scale organic user acquisition and improve product-led growth metrics.

Skills

  • Expertise in growth and performance marketing within PLG SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in SEO strategies that achieved top Google rankings and increased sign-ups.
  • Advanced skills in A/B and multivariate testing using platforms like VWO or Optimizely.
  • Experience with Webflow or modern CMS for site redesign and optimization.
  • Data analysis proficiency using Heap, Redshift, and Google Analytics.
  • Implementation of AI tactics for personalization and content generation in marketing.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO strategy to increase qualified traffic and sign-ups using buyer-intent keywords focusing on video-centric use cases.
  • Manage keyword universe and partner with agencies for SEO content and link-building strategies.
  • Drive AI-powered personalization and content generation for landing pages and CTAs.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate website optimization testing to improve conversion rates for sign-up and trial flows.
  • Perform funnel analysis using Heap and Redshift to identify drop-off points and opportunities.
  • Create and manage an experimentation roadmap for the product-led funnel.
  • Build and optimize referral and affiliate acquisition programs.
  • Support lifecycle campaigns to drive user activation, re-engagement, and upsell.
  • Collaborate on gamification strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Define, monitor, and report on growth KPIs and CRO test outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product teams to align growth initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
