Job Summary

As Transformation Consulting Director, you will lead strategic transformation programs for our key clients and play a critical role in the growth of our North American consulting business. You will own executive-level client relationships, drive the development of innovative solutions, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

You will also contribute to our consulting strategy, mentor senior consultants, and work closely with sales and delivery leadership to evolve our transformation offering. This role reports to the VP, Strategic Consulting.

What You’ll Be Working On

Client Partnership & Strategic Engagement Leadership

Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across complex transformation programs.

Understand client business models, challenges, and objectives to shape high-impact consulting engagements.

Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and business value.

Facilitate executive steering meetings and provide thought leadership throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Practice Development & Value Creation

Drive the development of scalable consulting offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Design reusable frameworks and methodologies in areas such as ITSM, Agile at scale, cloud transformation, and change management.

Collaborate with technical teams to align delivery with strategic business outcomes.

Contribute to innovation initiatives within the consulting practice.

Business Development & Account Expansion

Partner with sales and pre-sales to shape opportunities and support proposal development.

Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Represent the consulting practice in client pitches, marketing events, and internal growth initiatives.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Provide mentorship and coaching to Principal and Senior Consultants.

Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and client-centric delivery.

Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new consultants, ensuring alignment with the practice’s growth objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

-10+ years of experience in management consulting, with proven experience leading digital, business, or IT transformation programs.

-Strong experience in client-facing roles with executive-level stakeholders.

-Background in structuring and delivering large-scale change initiatives.

-Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or adjacent ecosystems is a plus.

-Comfortable leading cross-functional, hybrid, or international teams.

-Experience in both strategic advisory and delivery oversight.

-MBA or equivalent business/technology background is a plus.

-Based in North America, ideally near a major airport for occasional client travel.
