Responsibilities
- Work closely with the conversion team to scope projects and ensure smooth franchise conversion
- Lead and support multiple conversion team members during the conversion process
- Manage conversion activities across various functions and departments proactively
- Coordinate resources for delivering change and handle issue escalation
- Communicate project priorities and escalate unresolved issues effectively
- Provide regular project status reports to management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate ongoing projects supporting team initiatives
- Provide foundational support for new team members
Education
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required
