Job Description
Duties
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, scrubs, washes and polishes fixtures and furniture, walls, glass and doors, equipment and furnishings in assigned guest rooms and other areas.
- Empties trash and restocks room condiments and supplies.
- Uses a variety of cleaning solutions, chemicals, and cleaning equipment and supplies.

- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Appointment subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position.
- This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
- An employer referred pre-employment physical examination is required.
- Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment.
- Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
- Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays and/or unique events.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- work experience performing the following duties:dilution and use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions to disinfect items and/or remove different types of stains on varying surfaces;
- AND
- use and maintenance of required tools and equipment (e.g. vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops),
- AND
- ability to keep your assigned work area neat, clean, and organized,
- AND
- good customer service skills,
- AND
- ability to stand and walk on hard and carpeted surfaces,
- AND
- ability to bend, lift, carry, push, and pull items.
