Job Description

Do you have a passion for teaching and training development?

Come join the Corporate Payment Systems Training team as a Project Analyst where you will:
Develop and facilitate training classes for clients on bank systems.
Write and produce technical documentation and videos used for training and system support. Create in-app, context sensitive help and resources to drive client understanding and usage of our payment systems and their card programs.
Analyze client feedback and situations to determine and act on training needs and evaluates the success of training projects.

This is a full time, salaried position with a Monday - Friday work schedule
 
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to eight years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area (Payment Systems
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with ADDIE

Location Expectations

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
