Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine a best-in-class Product Development Lifecycle balancing rigor and speed
- Lead AI-enabled workflow transformation across product organization to streamline execution and decision-making
- Manage and optimize the product tech stack ensuring integration, adoption, and operational insight
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering leadership to identify and resolve friction in operations
- Define and track key operational metrics using Jira, Looker, Amplitude, and similar tools
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership fostering continuous improvement and systems thinking
- Champion change management initiatives promoting a culture of excellence, experimentation, and resilience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (field typically related to business, technology, or product management preferred)
