Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in education or a related field are required, with a preference for K-12 and higher education experience.
Location: This position is remote, available to residents in the U.S. excluding specific states such as Arkansas, Idaho, and Mississippi.
Compensation: $49600 - $65600 / Annually

Summary of Position:
The Learning and Development Specialist will utilize best practices in teaching and learning to support the training team in building training opportunities for client partners and Professional Development sessions for Tutor.com employees. In addition, the Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for curating and delivering training for High-Dosage Tutoring Tutors.

Salary: $49,600.00 to $65,600.00 per year, based on experience, geographical zone and a 40-hour work week.
