The Paskin Group at Peregrine Place Apartments, The Logan Apartments, and B Street Lohi Apartments in Denver, CO are looking to hire a full-time Multisite-Leasing Manager to help us maintain 195 units between these three midrise properties.   • Competitive wage of $23-$25/hour, depending on experience, plus commissions and bonus potential

Requirements

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEASING MANAGER

As a leasing agent, you play a key role in marketing our community and keeping it leased, including completing lease agreements and collecting application fees and security deposits. Under the direction of the Property Manager, your other key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure apartments are ready for show, and make sure office and work areas are clean and orderly 
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of lease terms, community policies, current market conditions, and telephone and sales techniques
  • You will be responsible for staying informed on current rental rates, sizes, locations, and property amenities
  • You will "shop" competitive properties and engage in weekly marketing outreach
  • You will develop ongoing retention programs under direction of the Property Manager 
  • You will play an active role in the renewal process
  • You will help maintain all resident and property files
  • You will help handle all resident requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
  • You will always maintain a professional appearance and attitude 
  • You will assist in collecting delinquent rents, and help with other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEASING MANAGER

  • Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working outside business hours, weekends and non- traditional holidays.
  • Must be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairs
  • Able to sit, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Writing routine reports and correspondence
  • Communicating effectively with prospective residents, current residents, co-workers, and vendors
  • Calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, pro-rations, and percentages

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LEASING MANAGER

This leasing manager position works a typical schedule of 40 hours Monday through Saturday.
