Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for ParshipMeet North America.
- Partner with department heads to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
- Optimize resource allocation, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, accounting, and tax teams to align financial goals and data.
- Identify and implement FP&A process improvements and automation opportunities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
