Description
AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education. We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.
Leads overall program strategy, compliance, partnerships, and coordination with DCEO. Oversees implementation of all workforce training and support components.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership for all program components.
· Serve as primary liaison with DCEO and program stakeholders.
· Ensure adherence to work plan, timelines, and grant deliverables.
· Oversee staff, budgets, reports, and partner coordination.
· Monitor risk, ensure continuous improvement, and support long-term sustainability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
5+ years of program leadership
Strong grant compliance and partnership experience; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
