- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets with advanced FP&A, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Strong financial analysis and accounting fundamentals knowledge.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models for operational support.
- Familiarity with Looker preferred; experience with Workday and NetSuite is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Finance business partner for Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Demand Planning groups.
- Develop and improve financial models and conduct scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions.
- Contribute to monthly COGs and gross margin forecasts with variance analysis and executive presentations.
- Lead development and implementation of financial analyses and business partner processes.
- Provide financial perspectives on capital investments, procurement strategies, and manufacturing processes.
- Support capacity and inventory planning in collaboration with Demand Planning to align operational plans.
- Analyze and report monthly manufacturing pricing and collaborate to improve cost performance.
- Manage external manufacturing relationships and track cost savings initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with Senior Financial Analyst and cross-functional Finance teams for seamless forecasting integration.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and long-range planning with financial modeling and analysis.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
