Description
SUMMARY: The Customer Care Associate will support companywide Sales efforts by initiating or receiving and processing customer orders and driving Sales via their contact with customers. They also work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth process and assist with tasks as needed.

Requirements
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: College education is preferred but not required. Produce experience is preferred. Must display basic arithmetic skills and have 2 years Data Entry Experience
TRAINING, SKILLS, LICENSES: Administrative experience is required. Excellent communication and organization skills as well as having the ability to problem solve and building relationship with customers. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must possess excellent customer relations skills and be detail oriented. Ability to deal with constant change. Accuracy with figures and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Able to learn new software packages – Prophet & Produce Pro.
WORKING CONDITIONS: This position is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as heavy interaction with customers, colleagues, management, and sales personnel.
