Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve digital revenue goals in the market.
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing digital sales and support talent.
- Lead and develop a team including Account Executive and Account Manager roles.
- Support sales staff with coaching, client meetings, proposal development, and serve as digital solutions expert.
- Identify market potential through lead generation and qualification.
- Analyze accounts to maximize marketing executions and complete business reporting.
- Manage key client relationships to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Review sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize market share.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred but not explicitly required.
