As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care with a focus on functional outcomes
Create personalized, creative treatment plans that help residents thrive
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care delivery
Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Be a trusted partner in your patients' recovery journeys
Degree from an accredited PT program
Valid (or pending) PT license in Ohio
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Experience in senior rehab, long-term care, or acute settings is a plus — but your passion for care is what counts most
