The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an entry-level Billing Specialist to join our corporate office team in Greenville. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Pay range: $15-$17 hour, based on experience and education.

Responsibilities:
- Post and process billing, payments and returned customer payments.
- Monitor, process, and update accounts receivable.
- Analyze and reconcile remittance statements and ledgers.
- Analyze customer account statuses, transactions, and balances to ensure accuracy.
- Act as a liaison for third-party agencies to create, process, and reconcile subsidy payments.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Hands-on experience working with general ledgers preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
