Remote Live Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and professional Live Chat Support Specialist to join our support team. This role is ideal for individuals who communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and enjoy helping others, no previous experience required. All training is provided and paid.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle real-time customer inquiries via live chat.
  • Resolve product and service questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide users through solutions.
  • Manage multiple conversations at once while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Document interactions with clear, concise notes and follow-ups in our system.
  • Collaborate with teammates and team leads to improve workflows and share insights.
  • Follow internal service protocols to ensure a consistent customer experience.


What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity).
  • Ability to navigate online platforms, browsers, and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced, digital environment.
  • Self-discipline and reliability in a remote work setting.


Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Previous customer service or support experience.
  • Experience using customer support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.
