Production Manager, Accessories

Job Description

General Summary: This position manages the flow of product between vendors and factories and manages inventory levels.

Major Responsibilities:

• Supervise writing of buys and sourcing to various countries.
• Oversees and monitors delivery of all orders placed in various countries.
• Participates in production decisions concerning new products, determines product cost and resource needs.
• Responsible for purchasing and managing inventory.
• Monitor the flow of goods to ensure punctual delivery and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor costs, calculate margins and monitor inventory levels.
• Create production schedules.
• Coordinate the flow of information to sales force and customer service.
• Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues and coordinate shipments with agents and warehouses.
• Manage selling of closed out items.
• Special projects as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• 5+ years’ experience required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $90,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
