Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a Potential Opportunity for a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to support Pediatric Inpatient and Outpatient Clinics at Ft. Sam Houston.
💡 Key Details:
📍 Inpatient Pediatric – Department of Nursing:
Certification: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
Experience: 1+ year of full-time inpatient pediatric nursing in the last 3 years
Must know pediatric med dosages and be willing to train as support for chemotherapy
Must pass a pediatric pharmacology exam (80% minimum)
📍 Pediatric Outpatient Clinic – Department of Pediatrics:
Certification: PALS preferred on hire; required within 1 year
Experience: 2+ years of full-time pediatric nursing in the last 4 years
Must have experience with a wide range of pediatric/adolescent conditions, immunizations, and age-specific care (newborn–21 years)
