Responsibilities
- Lead a team of skilled software engineers to develop digital product solutions including order management, inventory, vehicle connectivity, and more.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and cross-functional partners to design and deliver robust technical systems.
- Hands-on development of key backend systems and architectures.
- Drive the successful delivery of large-scale technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
- Evaluate and implement tools and technology strategies to enable scalable, reliable software products.
- Set high standards for engineering excellence, processes, and operational metrics.
- Recruit, develop, and manage engineering team members.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
