PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant
Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft implementations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PeopleSoft applications, including HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain modules, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that align with client requirements. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft solutions with a focus on HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain customizations, interfaces, and reports in PeopleSoft using Component Interfaces, Application Engine, and PeopleCode.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Provide post-implementation support and guidance to end-users and assist in training sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft releases and enhancements, recommending upgrades and new features to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Five years of experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, assisting with enhancement and upgrades.
- In-depth proven governmental experience in PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training and understanding of the integration of same with other PeopleSoft integrations.
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules with in-depth experience with testing procedures and processes. This role requires heavy testing experience in Agile design, build, and test mode.
- Possesses extensive understanding of integration test performance and data analysis.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly communicative to ensure high-quality system applications.
- Prior work experience on task-relevant knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) / Payroll applications within a public sector is required.
