About the Job

The Regional Sites Head will be responsible for all activities related to the Opella sites. As the Regional Sites Head you will be the point of contact for the Landlord services and will coordinate and supervise all relations (internal and external providers) for the management of the sites. You will be responsible for leading the Workplace Experience organization at the sites and ensure guests to work in a safe, innovative and efficient environment that is in accordance with relevant local laws and regulations, corporate HSE and CSR policies and economic standards. You will work closely with the local management, including the country leadership teams and Managers of global function located at the Site, Reporting to the Global Site Head Lead.

You will join the Real Estate and Workplace Experience and Record Information Management (RE & Wx & RIM) newly created team. This team monitors the creation of all OPELLA locations and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide. The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead all Real Estate and Workplace Experience topics related to the Opella sites (416 people), excluding manufacturing sites.
  • Manage the Morristown site (225 people), the LAVAL site (Co-working 20 people) Chattanooga CoE (40 people), Bentonville site (30 people) and in the near future prepare a plan for Qunol site integration.
  • Manage the annual budget and provide forecast for the next 3 years.
  • Manage communication to our employees for HSE (including Road Safety road, Security and Workplace Experience matters).
  • Coordinate all activities (Car Fleet in 2026, HSE and Security) to be sure the reporting matrix is fully updated and in line with the local and Sanofi expectations.
  • Deliver relevant training on HSE and Safety topics.
  • Manage business continuity and crisis management planning in coordination with key stakeholders and business leaders.  
  • Actively coordinate with Opella Country Security Manager.
  • Ensure that all Opella standards and procedures are implemented.
  • Ensure that all security equipment is working and maintain according to standards,
  • Embed the Hospitality Spirit for our employees and visitors (including on site activities)
  • Engage in other RE & Wx Projects at CHC locations including the Qunol Site as needed.

About You:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Office Management including hospitality management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Life Sciences or a related discipline
  • Project Management certification
  • Autonomous, Entrepreneur mindset, Hospitality oriented.
  • Leadership with transversal team
  • Ability to embed new approach and new projects.
  • Ability to work cross-culturally
  • Internal and external stakeholder Management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
