Coding Specialist - AI Trainer

We are seeking for a Coding Specialist - AI Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI-assisted programming by evaluating and refining outputs from large language models (LLMs). Your deep knowledge of software engineering, programming languages, and computer systems will be critical in ensuring that model-generated code is accurate, reliable, and educationally valuable. This role is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about blending AI, software development, and educational design.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, debug, and enhance AI-generated code across multiple programming languages, including Python, Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, and Go.

- Ensure code quality aligns with best practices for readability, performance, scalability, and correctness.

- Curate coding problems and write clean reference implementations, annotating model outputs as needed.

- Develop comprehensive technical documentation to assist models in learning and replicating expert coding methods.

- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to identify code generation blind spots and annotation inconsistencies.

- Stay updated with modern software development practices and emerging AI tools.

Qualifications:

- Advanced proficiency in English, especially for technical communication.

- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, or Go) with a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

Bonus Expertise:

- 2+ years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering.

- Familiarity with tools and environments such as SQL, Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, AWS, and related systems.

- Contributions to open source projects or a strong online presence on platforms like GitHub or StackOverflow.

- Experience in computer science competitions (e.g., ICPC, Codeforces).

- Experience with prompt engineering or LLM-based development tools.

- Teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development experience in computer science or software engineering.

- Knowledge of AI model training pipelines or human-in-the-loop feedback systems.
