About the Role
We are hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to drive provider quality at Rula by owning and optimizing key quality management processes across our network. This role will own specific programs within provider quality and will identify opportunities for improvement, launch cross-functional initiatives each quarter, and influence stakeholders to align on priorities.
Example areas of ownership include our provider quality reviews, provider-driven cancellations workstream, and note quality improvement. The ideal candidate is highly analytical (leveraging Excel/GSheets and SQL), has project management expertise, and brings a strong bias for action to spearhead efficiency.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategy and operations-based roles (Business Operations, Product Operations, Consulting, etc.)
Expert-level proficiency with Excel/GSheets, and advanced proficiency leveraging SQL for data analysis
Skillfulness in applying structure, and bringing an attention to detail to prioritize project needs and drive continuous improvements
Experience building trust and collaborating effectively alongside cross-functional stakeholders in a fast moving environment
