What We’re Looking For
RuffleButts is looking for a Sr. Manager FP&A who oversees the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals. This role partners with leadership to provide actionable insights, manage financial performance, and drive long-term profitability
To Summarize, You Will
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Provide detailed financial analysis to support business strategies, including ROI, cost management, and market opportunities.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and dashboards to executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align financial performance with strategic goals and improve efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Optimize financial systems and processes for accurate reporting and efficiency.
- Support M&A activity, scenario modeling, and other ad hoc initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
