The Salesforce Data Analyst I role at Renaissance involves partnering with sales executives to enhance operational performance through effective sales coverage and planning. Responsibilities include monitoring sales activities, managing data for sales tools, and driving improvements in sales execution.
Responsibilities: Design and oversee sales processes, monitor sales performance, support sales management meetings, ensure alignment with forecasts, and drive efficiencies to improve rep performance.
Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience in sales analysis, excellent communication, project management skills, and proficiency in financial modeling using spreadsheets and databases.
Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience in sales analysis or operations, strong problem-solving and presentation skills, and a bachelor's degree preferred. MBA or technical master's degree is a plus.
Location: The job is US based, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones.
Compensation: $28 - $28 / Hourly
