Responsibilities: Evaluate digital assets for accessibility compliance, conduct audits and usability tests, collaborate with teams on accessibility requirements, and train staff on best practices.
Skills: Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), experience with assistive technologies, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and familiarity with HTML/CSS and ARIA attributes.
Qualifications: At least three years of accessibility evaluation experience, strong knowledge of laws and guidelines, and experience in UX or web development preferred.

Compensation: $74700 - $112100 / Annually

As an Accessibility Analyst, you will help Renaissance achieve our mission of accelerating learning for all by ensuring our digital products and services are accessible to every user. You’ll collaborate with teams to integrate accessibility early in design and development, conduct audits, and provide recommendations.
