Responsibilities
- Design, route, and integrate electrical wire harnessing within the Terran R Avionics System from conception through qualification and production.
- Collaborate with structures, electrical hardware, propulsion, and software teams to optimize avionics design through architecture trades and requirements definition.
- Utilize 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and electrical design software to create detailed production-ready designs.
- Validate designs via rapid prototyping and test campaigns to ensure flight readiness.
- Support vehicle-level integration by defining avionics integration operations, checkouts, and test plans.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
