Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of Reddit’s ML Feature Store and feature engineering infrastructure.
- Drive impactful projects aligned with Reddit’s engineering and business goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for production, consumption, and governance of ML features.
- Collaborate with AI Serving, ML Training, and Infrastructure teams to enhance ML capabilities.
Education
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
