As a Quality Manager, within PNC’s Risk Support organization, you may be based remotely. Some responsibilities may require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

The core hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST.

It is highly preferred to have CLLO experience as well as system knowledge with ACBS, Class, CSX, CUI, and LeaseWave.

This role currently manages five CLLO Lookback team members, while partnering with CLLO leaders, and others, to support Lookback efforts. In this role, you will be expected to measure quality, analyze data, perform research, and conduct root cause analysis to support those areas in identifying errors and risk. You will act as a self-starter to troubleshoot issues both independently and in collaborative scenarios, coming up with solutions which drive operational efficiency, or which correct risk concerns.

The CLLO Risk Support organization is looking for someone who can manage and support the CLLO Lookback team through the development of talent, including strong coaching and action planning skills, someone who is able to have difficult conversations as necessary to improve individual and organization performance, following up with corrective action when necessary. This role supports escalations, process improvement, accountability and the development of their individual team while supporting many teams across CLLO.

Job Description

• Executes the quality management program and communicates strategy to the Quality team(s). Responsible for one or more functions across one or more sites. Manages supervisors and/or individual contributors.
• Manages and is responsible for achieving desired business results for meeting data quality standards and expectations. Acts as a senior point of escalation and resolves exceptions.
• Manages all human resources related activities for direct and indirect reports and maintains employee engagement. Provides coaching and development to team members. Leads staff meetings, communicates strategy and translates into tactical operating plans.
• Provides consultation and advice to teams and service partners. Identifies and influences strategic improvement initiatives and serves as a representative for quality group on projects. Develops and/or approves standard operating procedures as appropriate. Recommends policy improvements.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance within the quality team(s). Manages and is accountable for risk mitigation and business resiliency activities. Verifies completeness and accuracy of procedures. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable procedures.

Work Experience

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,000.00 – $111,800.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
