What's interesting about this job?
The Development Operations and Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting electronic and personal relationships with PPSAT donors and donor prospects. This position provides oversight for the technical and operational requirements of gift entry and acknowledgement, and donor database management. This position also has a responsibility to develop professional relationships with donors, and work closely with the Director of Development Operations and Programs and Vice President for Development to maintain a strategic plan and calendar for all programs that fall under the Development Operations and Programs unit.
Who Are You:
• Passionate about reproductive rights and social justice and wants to contribute behind the scenes to ensure donor relationships support the organization’s mission.
• Detail-oriented with experience in nonprofit fundraising operations, especially those who enjoy managing donor databases, processing gifts, and ensuring timely acknowledgments.
• Interested in development and philanthropy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mission-aligned looking to apply both technical and relational skills.
Position Details:
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
9 AM - 5 PM
Hybrid with required 2 days in office
Compensation:
PPSAT's compensation philosophy is based on equity and transparency. Each job at PPSAT is assigned a salary grade built on market data. For an individual coming into PPSAT, we set a pay generally between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary grade based on candidate qualifications. The pay range for this position is $23.47 to $27.23 per hour.

This position requires a background check once a job offer is extended to the final candidate.
