- Experience designing scalable compliance and AML processes in fintech or financial services
- Proven ability to balance regulatory compliance with business innovation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience in compliance and BSA/AML frameworks
Responsibilities
- Own and operate Perpay’s Compliance Management System (CMS), adapting to regulatory and business changes
- Serve as the internal authority on compliance and BSA/AML, educating and aligning teams
- Build and scale the compliance team to support expanding credit products
- Oversee complaint management, vendor oversight, issue management, monitoring, testing, and training
- Develop and manage the BSA/AML program including risk assessments and suspicious activity reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks and design compliant product solutions
- Monitor regulatory changes and lead their implementation
- Report compliance trends and risks to executive leadership and Board
- Interface with external partners and bank partners
- Promote a culture of transparency and proactive risk mitigation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Law, Finance, Business, Compliance)
