Senior UI Designer
Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other visual design tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems visually and creatively
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development process
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
Responsibilities
- Work closely with product management and stakeholders to visually represent project scopes
- Create prototypes to identify design weaknesses and conduct usability testing
- Oversee all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
- Create wireframes and user flows to effectively visually communicate solutions
- Utilize knowledge of responsive design for various screen sizes
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Apply style guides for consistent product design
- Present and defend designs to various stakeholders
- Maintain existing library of designs and future additions
Education
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction
- Interaction Design, or related degree
