We’re expanding! As part of our continued growth and success, we’re thrilled to announce a new opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. We're on the lookout for a driven and innovative Senior Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in shaping the future of our thriving operations.
In this pivotal position, you will take the lead in developing detailed manufacturing processes, including routings, time studies, and N/C programs. You’ll evaluate new product releases with a keen eye for design and manufacturability, and collaborate on recommendations for cutting-edge equipment and tooling. As a bridge between Engineering and Operations, you’ll deliver critical shop floor support to elevate collaboration, coordination, and execution across departments.
Please Note: This position is a 100% onsite role located at our Riceville, Iowa facility. We offer a comprehensive relocation package to qualified candidates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay Range:
$82,000.00 - $132,800.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
