Responsibilities
- Direct and manage technical staff on civil design projects
- Provide guidance and oversight to ensure design quality assurance and quality control
- Act as a technical advisor on complex engineering projects
- Make independent recommendations and decisions to meet engineering design needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
- Facilitate flexible work schedules including remote, hybrid, and office-based work
- Travel for client meetings and site visits as needed
Education
- Associate degree in drafting or related field preferred
