We are looking for a Sr. Engineer, Manufacturing Operations, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.
What You Will Be Doing:
Engage in new product ATE New Product Integration (NPI) preparation, including Software and Hardware
Coordinate and prepare the capacity for NPI engineering and early sample production
Plan and lead across functional teams to transitioning from NPI to mass production - NPI CP/FT/BI Capacity
Support NPI Lab activities including engineering debug and hardware purchasing, scheduling and planning
Advanced Technology Group Support – Process TV (Test vehicle) Testing Support
What We Need To See:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s is a plus
12+ years of relevant experience.
Validated expertise in capacity forecasting, and deploying sophisticated planning tools like Anaplan or Ops Data Platform.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scenario planning skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Effective collaborator and communicator, proven track record to drive cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
Ways to Stand Out From The Crowd:
Good experience working with contract manufacturers and leading OSAT engineering teams and initiatives
Familiarity with semiconductor or test hardware engineering. This refers to ATE wafer probing and package testing hardware
Expertise in wafer probe hardware manufacturing flow and planning
