The GPU Software team is seeking a Director of Enterprise Diagnostic Software to lead development and delivery of Diagnostic Tools that enable all NVIDIA customers to build outstanding AI servers products using NVIDIA GPU, CPU, and Networking technologies. The role allows you to work closely with all major customers including CSPs, OEMs, and ODMs, to deliver scalable hardware diagnostic tools to enable high volume manufacturing and datacenter operations
You will partner with leaders across NVIDIA to prioritize projects and drive detailed execution, while collaborating closely with all CSPs and key ODMs to deliver robust tools for hardware qualification and manufacturing screening of NVIDIA server products. This individual will develop and standardize planning, reporting and execution methodologies and metrics to enable meeting of challenging objectives in a fast paced environment!
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive hardware qualification and manufacturing requirements for all CSPs and ODMs for next-generation products. Act as a liaison between NVIDIA and our customers.
Engage with cross-company partners to plan programs and coordinate teams to achieve key product breakthroughs.
Develop and enhance hardware diagnostic tools for qualification and manufacturing screening across all customer segments, including CSPs, ODMs, and OEMs.
Moderate technical discussions within NVIDIA and with customers to reach successful conclusions.
Develop and implement metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement; collect and analyze data to support planning and data-driven decisions.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, finding opportunities for process enhancements
Drive organizational alignment and efficiency through investment in automation and streamlining sophisticated processes.
Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
What We Need To See:
15+ overall years proven software development expertise and proficiency in technical and management practices.
7+ years of management experience.
Demonstrated ability to engage and moderate successful interactions with engineering partners, vendors, and customers.
Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in AI servers.
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and task tracking tools.
Experience in capacity planning and with HPC/Server environments.
Proactive and enthusiastic in identifying and implementing improvements in software engineering and release management within a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
BS or MS education in computer science (or equivalent experience).

Experience in the management of datacenters
