Job Description:

As an Implementation Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of that transformation — turning vision into reality for real customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be a key player in customer onboarding and implementation, acting as the bridge between our clients and our product.

• Configure and deploy solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, using your JavaScript scripting skills to automate a variety of business rules and verifications.

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and analysts to bring new features and improvements to life.

• Stay involved in multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, staying organized even when the details pile up.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams — both in writing and verbally.

• Help shape best practices for implementation as we scale.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience scripting in JavaScript or similar scripting languages.

• Strong organizational skills — you know how to manage complexity and stay on top of multiple priorities.

• A customer-first mindset — you’re comfortable in front of clients and care deeply about their success.

• Clear, confident communicator — you can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and product managers.

• Eagerness to grow with a fast-changing startup — flexibility and adaptability are a must.

Bonus Points:

• Background in fintech, lending, or real estate tech.

• Experience with APIs, automation tools, or low-code/no-code platforms.

• Familiarity with AI or ML-powered applications.
