Northrop Grumman is seeking two Program Planning Scheduling Analysts (level 2) or Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (level 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
This position will be onsite in Melbourne, FL. The candidate will be required to work on site in Melbourne, Florida, daily and have the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret Clearance and program access prior to start.
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives
Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management, Business, Cost, and/or Finance experience OR a Master's Degree with entry level and relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of Microsoft Project
Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance and program access within a reasonable amount of time prior to starting
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management, Business, Cost, and/or Finance experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management, Business, Cost, and/or Finance experience
EVMS Scheduling and planning experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Basic understanding of Microsoft Project
Ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance and program access within a reasonable amount of time prior to starting
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile EVMS Scheduling Methodology Experience
Project Start up and IMS Build out Experience.
Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience
Excel Macro/VBA Skills
Experience working in Microsoft Project Server Environment
Knowledge of DCMA health metrics
Schedule Management Experience and MS Project Experience

Salary ranges will be dependent upon where the position is based and follows our company geographic salary bands aligned with position, as this posting may include multiple locations and provide a variety of salary ranges per location. Specific salary offer for candidate selected will be commensurate with experience and aligned with local geography.
Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00Salary Range 2: $86,600.00 - $130,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
