Skills
- 5+ years in creative technology, innovation, or social/digital production with 18+ months hands-on GenAI experience
- Experience integrating APIs, no-code/low-code automations, or custom scripts (Python/JavaScript) into workflows
- Fluency with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and understanding of performance metrics
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating AI-accelerated content or tooling
- Strong communication skills and internal evangelism
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-powered tools and workflows across creative, strategy, and production teams
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their applicability (e.g., GenAI, prompt engineering, automation)
- Collaborate with creative teams to prototype and deploy AI-driven experiences, campaigns, and content tools
- Educate and empower internal teams through workshops, demos, and documentation
- Develop internal AI resources like prompt libraries, AI guidelines, and automated research tools
- Partner with leadership to position the agency as an AI-first creative leader
