Location: Remote

Reports To: Inventory Management Lead/ Supply Chain Manager

Work Shift: Monday to Friday flexi with overlap

Job Summary:

The Inventory Management Intern will assist in the execution of inventory operations, supporting accurate stock monitoring, data updates, and reporting. This internship is ideal for a detail-oriented Industrial Engineering graduate or student with strong analytical skills and mastery of Excel or Google Sheets. The role offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, and e-commerce inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Inventory Lead in tracking purchase orders and updating production and delivery statuses
• Maintain and update inventory trackers and stock databases with high accuracy
• Analyze historical data and assist in preparing reports on stock levels, sales trends, and inventory health
• Collaborate with suppliers or logistics teams to gather updates and input relevant information into internal tools
• Help maintain product listings and stock counts in e-commerce platforms like Shopify (training provided if needed)
• Identify and flag stock discrepancies or delays to the Inventory Lead
• Participate in inventory-related process improvements and documentation

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn about inventory management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Shopify, inventory software, or ERP systems is a plus
• Internship or coursework related to supply chain or operations is a bonus
