A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Program Manager at MKS Inc., Power Solutions, you will partner with cross-functional internal teams and customer groups to manage new and existing programs across all product lines. In this role, you will report to the Senior Program Manager.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Work closely with external customers to understand program requirements and communicate them to internal groups.
Collaborate with customers to understand issues and coordinate resolutions with support from engineering, quality, and service teams.
Manage the transition of products to new designs that meet both customer and internal needs.
Help coordinate product and program priorities within the organization to ensure business objectives are met.
Review and identify material needs and shortages for all new programs.
Support the development of strategic product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Travel Requirements: Up to 20% of Travel is required.
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of related experience
3+ years of project/program management or project leadership experience, including working closely with customer groups (e.g., quality, engineering, leadership).
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple groups.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, or related software tools.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
Occasionally moves/positions objects up to 30 lbs
Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Must be able to exchange accurate information
Operates in a professional office and/or laboratory/manufacturing environment
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Noise level in the work environment is usually average

Salary Pay Range: $100,414.00 - $150,000.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS.
