THE JOB:
As a Senior Hotel Manager, you will lead our dedicated hotel management team in achieving operational goals. In this exciting position, you will play a vital role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with MGM Resorts’ service standards. Your leadership will inspire a culture of excellence, creating memorable stays for our guests and driving the success of our hotel.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Works closely with VP and Director of Hotel Operations to implement strategic initiatives
Oversees the development and execution of policies, standard operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, and regulations for the entire front desk operations team
Provides strategic leadership to ensure front desk operations deliver an exceptional guest experience consistent with the company’s service standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a large, diverse team
Strong understanding of hotel operations
Solid experience in budget management and financial acumen to ensure profitability
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to foster effective collaboration and enhance the guest experience
