You Will:
Deliver training courses to Health Care Professionals (HCP) at designated training partner facilities.
Establish relationships with designated external training entities in targeted global geographies • Work with the marketing and sales training team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs
Support RAS System troubleshooting at the training center
Manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars in conjunction with key stakeholders
In conjunction with training center staff, maintain all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and reprocessing of instruments and accessories
Must Have:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience
Or Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience
Or Baccalaureate Degree with 7+ years experience
Or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience – must include experience in Med Device
Clinical and/or operating room experience required
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Health Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management,
Engineering or Education preferred
Experience in robotic surgery, capital equipment or equivalent technology
Proven experience training on complex topics and/or technology
High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
Solid organizational skills and ability to operate independently
Professional work ethic
Solution oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles preferred
High capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
