The opportunity
The Real Estate Valuation Analyst will have a significant role in our best-in-class real estate valuation process. In this face-paced role, the primary responsibilities will include coordinating, reviewing, and reporting real estate values across our global portfolio. Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, valuation, valuation review, sensitivity analysis, market research, and aiding in thought leadership. This role will report directly to the Managing Director, Global Head of Real Estate Valuations but will also work closely with asset managers, portfolio managers, transactions, and external service providers. The Analyst will also work on a wide range of other platform initiatives to support the growth of the portfolio.
Manulife Investment Management manages over $20B of real estate (300+ properties) across North America and Asia on behalf of both Manulife’s general account and third-party funds and accounts.

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,550.00 USD - $119,250.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
