about this team
The Senior, Social Media Manager, leads the strategy and execution of lululemon’s always-on social presence. This person is responsible for building a consistent, culturally relevant, and brand-distinct presence across our global brand channels. From setting our content pillars, setting the editorial agenda to real-time content, they will drive how lululemon shows up daily, outside of campaign moments, to inspire, engage, and grow our community.
They will partner closely with the Global Director of Social and the Social Creative Director as well as cross-functional teams, regions, and agencies to shape an always-on strategy that balances proactive storytelling with responsive, social-first content. The ideal candidate will be deeply fluent in platform behaviors, social-first storytelling, and the role social plays in discovery, connection, and brand relevance.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $130,800-$171,700 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
