Responsibilities
- Lead overall performance and outbound marketing efforts of the local/regional market
- Manage Lucid studio operations including training, coaching, motivating, and goal setting for the team
- Create and execute marketing and event opportunities to maximize brand exposure and drive sales
- Analyze business trends and market opportunities to develop strategic plans
- Oversee retail marketing program deployment and budget management
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and manage escalations effectively
- Develop and implement employee development programs and succession planning
- Collaborate with Human Resources to resolve people and safety issues
- Assist with daily studio operations as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
