We’d like to work on

• Refining AI infrastructure for deeper segmentation, richer customer memory, and advanced agentic workflows

• Enhancing our conversation engine to deliver self-optimizing dialogues that surface actionable feedback

• Expanding self-service so smaller brands can access LTV.ai with zero friction

Our stack

• Databases: PostgreSQL & ClickHouse

Who we’re looking for (ideally)

• 7 + years building with our stack (or closely related tech)

• 2 + years in e-commerce, retention, or email/SMS marketing

• Proven ownership of complex, production-scale systems and infrastructure-level decisions

• Willingness to spend 70–80 % of your time hands-on in the codebase—shipping fast, shipping often

• Excitement about AI coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, etc.) to amplify velocity

• Leadership chops: you’ll set technical direction and level-up our engineering culture—this role can evolve into CTO for the right candidate

• Hybrid: 4 days/week in our downtown Austin HQ; open to remote with periodic Austin travel
