We’re seeking a Senior Manager to join our Strategic Finance team, partnering closely with our LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) business. You'll be responsible for driving LTS portfolio growth by identifying new opportunities, validating initiatives, and operationalizing plans with a focus on field strategy development, setting operating priorities, and ensuring execution. In the role, you'll influence stakeholders by communicating insights, aligning business objectives, and supporting decision-making through data-driven narratives. The position leads execution by partnering cross-functionally, guiding complex projects, and proactively solving operational challenges. Performance management is achieved through advanced modeling, forecasting, risk analysis, and coaching junior team members to derive actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 8 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the technology industry.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 - $237,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
